Millet is naturally gluten free. Processing in separate production lines ensures that the flakes are guaranteed to be gluten-free. Our millet is flaked by steaming the whole grain and then rolling it into a beautiful flake.
Millet flakes are a great base for muslim, patties and porridges. Our millet flakes can be enjoyed without cooking or soaking. Prepared with warm or cold milk/juice/cereal drink etc. and some fruits, they are quick to prepare healthy and filling meals.
