White basmati rice
Our basmati rice is grown by small farmers in the Taraori province of India in the foothills of the Himalayas. They have a particularly aromatic taste. The Demeter rice project gives Indian farmers a new perspective.
Use our basmati rice as a side dish for Asian dishes.
Basic recipe: Please wash the rice before use. Boil 1 cup of rice in 1.5 cups of lightly salted water, then cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
