Buckwheat is naturally gluten-free. Processing in separate production lines ensures that the flakes are guaranteed to be gluten-free. For our buckwheat flakes, the whole grain is steamed and then rolled into a beautiful flake.
Buckwheat flakes are an excellent basis for Muslim, pies, desserts and porridges. Our buckwheat flakes can be enjoyed without cooking or soaking. Prepared with warm or cold milk/juice/cereal drink etc. and some fruits, they are quick to prepare healthy and filling meals.
