With almost 30% vegetable protein, seitan is a great meat substitute. Seitan has a rich, spicy flavor, a delicious bite, and many uses. Delicious curry, for making meatballs (mashed) or in combination with seaweed. Tamari marinade gives your food a unique umami flavor. Perfect for vegans!
Grill or bake for 2-3 minutes.
