Birch leaf juice - a cleansing and rejuvenating cure.
Properties and effects:
- prevents the formation of deposits in the body;
- prevents sclerotization (hardening) tendencies in the body;
- promotes regenerative metabolic processes in the body and excretion of pollutants from the body;
- improves kidney function - promotes the release of excess fluid;|
- for the prevention of rheumatism and alleviation of symptoms.
Usage:
For adults – 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day in tea or with water/mineral water.
For children (after 3 years of age) – 1 teaspoon per day.
For students – 1 teaspoon 2 times a day.
WELEDA recommends using it as a course of 6-8 weeks with a 4-week break. Especially recommended in the autumn - winter - spring period.
Energy value: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) contains 7 kJ (1.8 kcal). WELEDA birch sap does not contain sugar, so it is recommended for diabetics.
A moving way of life, a light diet, as well as massage, vitalizing and rejuvenating baths of vitality enhance the cleansing effect.
After opening, it can be stored in the refrigerator for 4 weeks.
