Rich soy sauce for glazing and pickling.
Teriyaki is an herb sauce based on tamari. Sugar is used in many teriyaki sauces, but we have only used natural fruit juices (grape and apple) and organic mirin. The result is a delicious sauce that can be used in a variety of ways. Although teriyaki is often associated with beef in the West, in Japan teriyaki is mainly used to season fish. Also delicious in stir-fries, rice or noodle dishes.
