Oatmeal bread is the perfect base for a healthy meal. Soft, gluten-free oatmeal is used for the baking mixture,
which are handcrafted in the Spielberger Mühle Flake Mill.
Oats are a naturally gluten-free grain and are a real superfood with valuable vitamins
and minerals such as B vitamins, vitamin E, potassium, iron and zinc.
For preparation you also need:
1 packet of dry yeast, 35 ml of cooking oil, 480 ml of water.
Preparation time: about 10 minutes
Inflate: 30 min
Baking time: about 55 minutes;
Recipe:
1. Add yeast, water and oil. Mix everything with a hand mixer into a homogeneous mass.
2. Place the dough in a warm place and let it rise for 30 minutes.
3. Heat the oven to 200°C upper/lower temperature. Grease a baking dish (approx. 25 x 11 cm) with oil and pour the dough into it. Smooth the surface with wet hands and wipe with oil.
4. Fill a small ovenproof bowl with hot water and place on the base of the oven.
5. Bake the bread on the middle grid in a preheated oven for 50-60 minutes. After 10 minutes of baking, reduce the temperature to 180 °C.
6. Remove the finished bread from the baking pan and let it cool on the wire rack.
You can also bake bread in a baking machine.
