Sea Buckthorn Elixir
It is especially recommended for children and students, pregnant and lactating mothers, the elderly and overworked people.

Weleda sea buckthorn elixir in water, tea or milk creates an invigorating drink with an incomparable taste. But it will also go well with cottage cheese, yogurt or muesli.
Usage:
It is recommended to use in the form of a course of 6-8 weeks with a 4-week break, especially in the autumn - winter - spring period.
The elixir can be used undiluted or with cold or hot water, milk, tea, mineral water, yogurt, cottage cheese, muesli or fruit salad.
For adults - use 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day.
For children (after 3 years of age) - use 1 teaspoon per day.
For students - use 1 teaspoon 2 times a day.
Ingredients: Sea buckthorn juice (from a certified wild collection, from biodynamic or organic cultivation), honey (from organic cultivation), raw cane sugar (from organic cultivation).
