For 3 servings: mix 3 tablespoons (34 g) with 200 ml of cold water and bring to a boil over low heat and remove the pan from the heat.
Add 100 g. of fresh butter and stir it into the sauce, when the butter is melted and stirred in the sauce is ready.
Ingredients: Dry skimmed milk, egg yolk powder, rice flour, sea salt, yeast extract, thickener: guar gum, cane sugar, onion powder, turmeric, white pepper, mushroom powder, bay leaves, maltodextrin, acidity regulator: citric acid, spice extract.
