Suitable for vegans, gluten free.
Ingredients: Cane sugar*, corn starch*, rice flour*, low-fat cocoa powder* 8%, dark chocolate pieces* 6% (raw cane sugar*, cocoa mass*, cocoa butter*, emulsifier: sunflower lecithin*), thickener . : Carob gum*, rock salt, vanilla*.

Preparation:
Heat the oven to 180°C.

1. Add 250 g of low-fat cottage cheese and 1 egg to the mixture.
2. Mix well.
3. Put a spoon on top of the brownie dough.
Bake approx. 40 minutes at medium level. Allow to cool well before serving. A longer baking time will affect the juiciness of the brownie cake.

For the cream: 150 g of vegan cream cheese, 150 g of vegan cottage cheese.
