White round grain or milk rice
Our rice comes from an estate in Lombardy, northern Italy. The transformation of the farm into Demeter Farming and the development of the rice mill in the 1980s was closely supervised by Hans Spielberger.
The fine round grain rice is ideal for making sweet rice pudding.
