Steamed long grain rice
Our rice comes from an estate in Lombardy, northern Italy. The transformation of the farm into Demeter Farming and the development of the rice mill in the 1980s was closely supervised by Hans Spielberger.
Quick rice, a great addition to the main course.
Basic recipe: Boil 1 cup rice with 1.5 cups lightly salted water, then cover and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
