Warmth, closeness and security make breastfeeding so much more than just feeding your baby. The gentle recipe contains ingredients only from organic farming. Three cups a day will help balance fluid levels. Selected fruits of chervil, anise, cumin, fennel and lemon verbena give this herbal tea a pleasantly mild taste. All ingredients come from controlled organic farming.
Properties and effects:

Usage:
Pour about 200 ml of freshly boiled water over 1 tea bag and let it steep for 3 minutes. Drink tea 1-2 times a day. WELEDA tea for nursing mothers can be started at the end of pregnancy and continue throughout the breastfeeding period. It will quench your thirst. The tea has a pleasant taste even when it is cooled and unsweetened.
