Preparation:
you also need: 150g of room temperature butter or 150g of room temperature margarine and 1 cup of plum puree or marmalade.
1. Heat the oven with the upper and lower heating surface turned on to 175 °C (gas heat level 3);
2. Pour the contents of the package into a container;
3. Cut the butter (margarine) into small pieces and add to the flour mixture;
4. Mix the ingredients briefly and crush them into crumbs with your hands;
5. Spread 2/3 of the crumbs evenly on the bottom of a greased baking dish, compact tightly and create a border about 1 cm high;
6. Evenly apply and smooth the plum puree or marmalade;
7. Apply the remaining third of crumbs;
8. Bake golden brown for about 50 min in a heated oven (175°C);
Apple pie: peeling 600 g. apple, cut into fine slices, mix with ½ teaspoon of cinnamon and 1 full handful of raisins. Spread everything on the bottom layer of crumbs. Baking time approx. 60 min.
Plum cake: Spread approx. on the bottom layer of crumbs. 500 years fresh plum with stones removed. Baking time approx. 60 min.
Other berries and fruits can also be used.
