Naturata sea salt comes from the Algarve in Portugal, where the seawater is channeled into clay basins. After evaporating the seawater, the sea salt crystals are cleaned, ground, mixed with algae and packaged.
Algae contain iodine, its taste is not felt in food and the natural aroma of sea salt has been preserved.
Ingredients: sea salt, algae * 0.57% * - controlled organic cultivation
Unrefined and without anti-caking agents.
If you take an average of 6g of salt per day, you take in 60% of the recommended daily dose of iodine.
