Demerara cane sugar originates from organic sugar cane plantations in Brazil. Pressing the sugarcane produces sugarcane juice, which in turn crystallizes into sugar syrup. Sugar crystals are gently processed and dried.
Application: Demerara cane sugar is mild with a light malty aroma and is suitable for sweetening food and beverages.
C sugar absorbs moisture, so store it in a cool and dark place.
