Fresh, sour soy sauce. For sauces, marinades and dips.
Ponzu is a typical Japanese sauce. Made from authentic Japanese shoyu and the juice of various Japanese citrus fruits (yuzu and sudachi). The result is a spicy sauce with a sweet and sour shade. Ponzu was originally often used as a sauce for fish dishes, but this sauce is also a fresh addition to dishes with steamed vegetables, seaweed, tofu and salads.
