Whole grain rice flour
Whole grain rice flour is suitable for gluten-free breads and other baked goods. Or to thicken sauces.
Gluten-free basic flour mix:
Mix 1/3 cornmeal, 1/3 rice flour and 1/3 cornstarch. Add 2 teaspoons of carob gum or guar gum per 500g of flour mixture.
