Goes well with spaghetti, pasta and rice. Also ideal for minced meat dishes, stuffed peppers, fish, vegetables, Milanese schnitzel, as well as turkey and veal schnitzels. It also tastes wonderful simply as a soup.
As tomato soup: Mix 2 tablespoons (35g) of the powder in 1/2 liter of warm water, mix thoroughly and boil a little on low heat.
As tomato sauce: Mix 1 full tablespoon (25g) of powder in 1/4 liter of warm water, mix well and boil a little on low heat and the sauce is ready
Flavor variations – You can supplement the sauce with herbs, capers, garlic, sweet cream and other ingredients.
GEFRO's recommendation - partially instead of water (half and half), we recommend using milk, so the sauce will be even richer and creamier and still contain few calories.
