Oatmeal is made using specially processed oatmeal at the Bauckhof mill. Therefore, our oatmeal can be prepared simply and quickly and obtain an optimal consistency.
Classic method of preparation (for 4 servings)
Boil 200g of the mixture with 600ml of milk or water in a saucepan while slowly stirring. Let it boil for 2-4 minutes until the porridge gets the desired consistency. Enjoy hot!
Quick method of preparation (for 1 portion)
Pour 4 heaping tablespoons (approx. 50g) of the mixture into a bowl and pour over 150ml of boiling water or milk. Simmer for 2 minutes. Then mix well and enjoy hot.
Suggestions for presentation
Oatmeal can be served with cream, yogurt, fruit or nuts. If necessary, you can sweeten with sugar, beet syrup, honey, agave juice or maple syrup.
