Disana bond diapers are made of knitted organic cotton and the parts of these diapers consist only of natural materials. There are no synthetics or plastic parts in them. Moisture impermeability is ensured by good quality woolen underpants, which are impregnated with the natural fatty substance of sheep's wool - lanolin.
Required quantity
It is individual for each baby. A smaller baby will have bowel movements more often, so diapers will need to be changed more often. To be able to freely use these diapers for one day, on average, you need 12 cloth diapers, 12 gauze or flannel diapers (optional) and two woolen moisture-proof panties. A larger set of diapers will be needed if you only wash them once every two or three days. At first, you can buy a few diapers, and then in the course of use it will become clear how many and what else should be bought.
Care and washing of diapers and woolen panties
Disana diapers, flannels and gauzes can be washed in an automatic washing machine. If you have had a thick bowel movement, rinse the diapers in a bowl before putting them in the washing machine. Diapers can be washed daily at a temperature of 40-60°. Once a month, diapers can be washed at a temperature of 90°. Liquid detergent or detergents that do not contain optical brighteners and skin irritants are recommended for washing.
You can put them in a special bag when washing them so that they don't get caught.
Wash woolen panties only if they get dirty. Since wool panties do not absorb moisture, they should be washed rarely (once every two weeks). It is enough to just ventilate them.
Wash by hand or in the washing machine in gentle mode, using detergent for wool.
Once every two months, it is recommended to soak woolen panties in a lanolin solution to improve the moisture-proof function. For panties It is recommended to add lanolin to the water twice as much as indicated in the instructions for using lanolin, because panties should retain more moisture than other woolen clothes.
Diapers and potty training
By using these diapers, the mother learns to put the little one on the potty faster, because it is clearly known when the diapers are wet, thus it is easier to determine at which moment the little one should be put on the potty. And when the little one has understood this mode, he really prefers to use the potty.
Attention!
When buying new diapers (cloth diapers, flannels, and wipes), they must be washed before the first use. This is necessary to improve the absorbency of diapers. The absorbency of the diapers will increase with each wash.
